On this Thankful Thursday, let’s focus on gratitude! Gratitude is defined as the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
Gratitude demonstrates your thankfulness about the good and the positive in your life! Gratitude can change your attitude, and your attitude can determine your altitude!
Oprah says this about the power of gratitude- “I live in the space of thankfulness — and for that, I have been rewarded a million times over. I started out giving thanks for small things, and the more thankful I became, the more my bounty increased. That’s because — for sure — what you focus on expands. When you focus on the goodness in life, you create more of it.”
The more you express thanks, the more you show how grateful you are, the more gratitude you have for the things and the people you already have in life- the more goodness you will create!
So for today, I want you to focus on 5 things you are thankful for- write them down! Share your gratitude with someone you are grateful for! Express appreciation for the blessings you already have, and watch them grow even more! #Choose2Believe in the good things, and trust that better things are in store!
